In conjunction with Client Representation Activities, such information may include data tracking our representative activities including GPS locations of work performed, information associated with customer interactions, company demographic information such as business type and size, analysis of customer needs and goals, customer names and titles, and information to assure quality of service meeting a high level of expectations.

Use of Collected Information

We may use personal and browsing Information to provide services to you (or any third-party service provider who is obtaining services on your behalf or in connection with a transaction involving you) to improve our Web Site for you or for any third-party service provider; or to communicate with you and to inform you about Sales Partnerships’ and third parties’ products and services, jointly or independently. How Information is Collected from Web Site Users

By participating, you also understand that message frequency may vary depending on the status of your job application, and that message and data rates may apply. By opting-in to receiving SMS text messages about your job application, you acknowledge and agree that your consent data, mobile number, and personal information will be collected and stored solely for the purpose of providing you with updates and information related to your job application. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Children’s Information

The Sales Partnerships Web Site is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information via the Web Site from any person under the age of thirteen. You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set forth in this Privacy Notice, and to abide by and comply with this Privacy Notice. In the course of Client Representation Activities, we do not engage with or collect information knowingly from any individual less than 18 years of age or is not an emancipated minor. If any private information is collected accidentally from someone less than 18 years of age who is not an emancipated minor, we will remove it once our Privacy Officer or Corporate Officers have become aware of such data collection.

Privacy on Websites Other Than the Web Site

The Web Site may contain various links to other websites, including links to various third-party service providers. Sales Partnerships is not and cannot be responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any of those other websites.

Your California Privacy Rights

Although it is unlikely that any activities by us fall under California’s Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regulations, we include the option for any individual who may have had information collected about them disclosed and/or removed. Under California’s Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and related California laws, California residents who provide certain personal information in connection with obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us information about any customer information about them we have shared with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. Information gathered through Client Representation Activities will meet or exceed industry best practices for data security and is not and will not be available or accessible to the public. That data is not available through any public facing medium.

Retention

The period of time for which Sales Partnerships will hold your Personal Information or Browsing Information varies depending on the context.

  • If Personal Information received via the Web Site is incorporated into a file as part of our representation of you or your employment with us, that information will generally be held until disposed pursuant to our Document Retention Policy.
  • If your information was collected for any purpose other than our representation of your company or your employment with us, we will keep your information until (whichever is shorter) you direct us to stop or we determine we will cease marketing to you.
